German speaking Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing team in Athens. You will be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads and supporting the sales pipeline through high‑volume outreach and video‑based prospecting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across all funnel stages.
• Engage prospects daily via video calls, phone, email and social media, with video meetings as the core activity.
• Identify and approach alternative decision‑makers using various lead‑generation tools.
• Build, manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads and hand over high‑quality opportunities to the onboarding team.
• Track and report on daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs in line with sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to response‑time SLAs and defined sales cadences.
• Document all interactions and activities accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Native or fluent German with at least B2 level English.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development.
• Experience in a tech or digital‑advertising environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales funnel, lead qualification and outreach strategies.
• Confidence conducting client‑facing video calls on a daily basis.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable in performance‑driven, target‑oriented roles.
