Front Office Shift Leader

About the role

As an Assistant Front Office Shift Leader you will support the Front Office Manager in the daily operations of the Front Office department at F ZEEN ATHENS, an adults‑only urban retreat in the historic centre of Athens. You will help ensure smooth front‑desk activities and deliver a high level of guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Front Office Manager in overall department operations.
• Train, supervise and motivate Front Office staff to provide excellent guest service.
• Interact with guests in person and by phone, address inquiries, and resolve complaints.
• Handle specific customer requests, service charges and sales maximisation.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Maintain front‑desk tidiness and oversee compliance with hotel policies and security requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Front Office Shift Leader, preferably in a 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of hotel industry practices and policies.
• Professional attitude, appearance and solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, able to multitask and work well in a team.
