Front Office Agent

About the role

The Front Office Agent will be the first point of contact for guests at TOR Hotel Group’s historic property in Thessaloniki. You will deliver courteous, high‑quality service, ensuring each guest’s stay is smooth and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude and manage all front‑desk operations, including check‑in, check‑out and payments.
• Maintain a tidy front‑desk area, answer and redirect phone calls and e‑mails, and handle incoming mail and packages.
• Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities and the local area.
• Monitor front‑office expenses, order supplies and keep hotel documentation up to date.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints while preserving confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages such as German, Russian or Turkish are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional appearance, hygiene standards and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Opera or Fidelio property management systems.
• General computer literacy.
