Flying Start Programme – Paid Internship for ACA Qualification

About the role

The Flying Start Programme is a paid, part‑time internship for 3rd‑ and 4th‑year students that combines academic studies with practical experience at PwC Greece. Interns work within the Assurance practice, supporting audit teams while progressing towards the ICAEW ACA qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Assist core audit teams on high‑scale projects for Greek market clients.
• Apply academic knowledge to real‑world assurance engagements.
• Develop technical and leadership skills through hands‑on tasks.
• Collaborate with professionals to understand client business operations.
• Participate in professional development and ethics training.

Required profile

• Enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of Economics, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Banking or a related field.
• Strong academic record and courses on track.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Confident, positive attitude with keen attention to detail.
• Good digital proficiency; exemptions for ACA qualification are a plus.
