Finnish‑Speaking Inside Sales Representative – Athens

About the role

We are looking for a Finnish‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join our Athens office. The role focuses on driving revenue through renewals, upselling, and new product sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products, and services.
• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop strong product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Promote products and services to drive customer retention and expansion.
• Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long‑term product adoption.
• Use data insights to identify at‑risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Address customer concerns, remove obstacles, and handle objections effectively.
• Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native level in Finnish with fluency in English (minimum B2).
• Proven experience achieving individual or team sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology, and data.
• Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
