Finnish Speaking Inside Sales Representative – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a Finnish‑speaking Inside Sales Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role focuses on driving revenue through renewals, product sales, and service upsells while ensuring strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products, and services.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Develop deep product and technical knowledge to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Promote products and services to boost customer retention and expansion.
• Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long‑term product adoption.
• Use data insights to identify at‑risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Address customer concerns, remove obstacles, and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain a high volume of phone and email interactions daily.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Finnish with fluent English (minimum B2).
• Proven track record of meeting individual or team sales targets.
• Strong communication skills in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments.
• Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology, and data.
• Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
