Financial Administration Assistant

About the role

ARISTIPLAN, a construction company based in Kavala, Greece, is looking for a Financial Administration Assistant to join its core team. The successful candidate will receive full training and will support the company’s financial operations while working in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain physical and digital financial records.
• Issue invoices and other financial documents.
• Monitor and reconcile outstanding balances for clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Prepare financial documents and reports such as account statements, offers, and agreements.
• Handle telephone and email communication with accountants, partners, banks, and clients.
• Manage computers, software, and user accounts.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards, bookkeeping, invoicing and payroll procedures.
• Relevant university degree (optional) and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, willingness to learn new technologies, and a sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive.
• Windows 11 environment: software installation, network folder management, system updates.
• AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and other large‑language‑model technologies.
• User account creation and management.
