Field Sales Representative – In‑Home Business (Athens)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Representative to join our In‑Home business in Athens. You will be responsible for growing the presence of our coffee brands across retail outlets, building strong relationships with customers and driving sales performance in your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Visit points of sale on a regular basis to capture business opportunities and ensure superior in‑store presence.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, identifying their needs to meet sales targets.
• Implement in‑store activities, securing optimal shelf placement for the product portfolio.
• Execute centrally agreed banner activities and negotiate secondary placements with retailers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive sales growth and demonstrate business ownership.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or a related field (MSc/MA is a plus).
• Previous sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a market‑oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
