Field Engineer

About the role

VST GROUP Greece is looking for a motivated Field Engineer to oversee construction sites and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. You will act as the on‑site liaison between the design team, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site construction activities such as structural works, masonry, plastering, and MEP installations.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and construction teams.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Track construction schedules and budget performance.
• Communicate with suppliers and manage material deliveries.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site records.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering (University or Technical Institute).
• Minimum 5 years of experience on building construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and execution plans.
• Ability to resolve on‑site technical issues in real time.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to work at various locations.
