Field Clinical Specialist

About the role

The Field Clinical Specialist will support Y-Logimed’s cardiovascular portfolio by providing clinical expertise and training to interventional radiology and vascular surgery departments across public and private hospitals in Greece. The role combines product demonstration, user education, and market analysis to drive adoption of advanced medical devices.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Y-Logimed’s interventional radiology and vascular surgery technologies in hospital departments.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and clinical studies to illustrate clinical advantages.
• Prepare and submit offers for public tenders within the assigned territory.
• Forecast short- and medium-term sales and analyse market trends.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to support future market needs.
• Attend relevant meetings, conferences, and training events.
• Report market feedback and business performance to the manager on a monthly and yearly basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., business, nursing, biomedical).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical-device industry.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Fluent English.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and standard IT systems.
