F&B Reservations Agent & Hostess

About the role

The Rooster, a wellness resort on the island of Antiparos, is looking for a friendly and organized F&B Reservations Agent & Hostess to welcome guests, manage dining reservations and ensure smooth service in its restaurant and bar areas.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and guide them to their assigned dining or bar area.
• Provide accurate wait times, monitor waiting lists and assign tables based on party size and staff availability.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and work towards resolution.
• Support the front‑of‑house team by coordinating with waitstaff and keeping the dining floor organized.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within an upscale restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
