Electrician

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Electrician to join the team at Brown Acropol, a new urban hotel located in the heart of Athens. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the electrical infrastructure of the property, ensuring safety and optimal performance for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems throughout the hotel.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.
• Collaborate with the engineering and facilities teams to implement upgrades and new installations.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and the hotel’s Building Management System (BMS).
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues to management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on electrical experience, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Valid electrician’s license.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Dynamic, creative and innovative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Building Management System (BMS) operations.
