Digital & Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

TITAN Greece is seeking a Digital & Internal Communications Specialist to join its Corporate Communications Department at the Athens headquarters. The role will design and deliver engaging communication initiatives for both internal and external audiences, leveraging digital channels to boost employee engagement and protect the company’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute corporate communication projects targeting internal and external stakeholders.
• Support internal communications strategy by creating tools, channels, and compelling content.
• Monitor press coverage, prepare media reports, and assist media‑relations activities.
• Collaborate with business managers to implement communication programmes.
• Create and adapt content for press releases, social media, corporate website, intranet, newsletters and articles.
• Produce multimedia assets such as videos, infographics, presentations, annual reports and leaflets.
• Plan and coordinate physical and online events.
• Contribute ideas to CSR initiatives and stakeholder partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Social Sciences or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable.

Required skills

• Strong digital skills with hands‑on experience across social media platforms.
• Proficiency using digital and AI tools to create and manage communication materials.
