DevSecOps Specialist

About the role

Join the Infrastructure Security team as a DevSecOps Specialist, acting as a subject‑matter expert to design, implement and operate cloud security and security analytics solutions across multi‑cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain a tactical security roadmap, driving initiatives and continuous improvements.
• Identify security gaps and vulnerabilities in infrastructure, propose remediation plans, and develop security standards and guidelines.
• Design, implement and automate security tools and controls for AWS, Azure, GCP and on‑premises environments.
• Conduct in‑depth security architecture reviews and assessments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Compliance teams to enforce security policies.
• Manage security controls through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and maintain documentation.
• Build and operate data pipelines for security posture and event data, supporting an internal security analytics platform.
• Produce regular reports on security posture and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a DevOps, Cloud Engineer or Architect working with AWS, Azure and GCP.
• 1‑3 years of experience managing security infrastructure as code.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or Data Science.
• Proven experience securing applications on Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, BASH or Go.
• Understanding of scalability patterns for high‑traffic systems and CI/CD best practices.
• Excellent communication and time‑management abilities.
