DevSecOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to design, automate, secure, and operate reliable software delivery platforms and cloud‑native environments. The role can be based in Athens or Thessaloniki, with the possibility to work fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, improve and automate CI/CD pipelines and related processes.
• Operate and administer CI/CD platforms and supporting infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage containerised applications and micro‑services on Kubernetes, both on‑premises and in cloud environments.
• Ensure reliability, availability and performance of deployed services.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions for infrastructure and applications.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, configuration and application issues.
• Integrate security controls and automated security checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Support vulnerability remediation and secure configuration of environments.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve build, deployment and release processes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration where appropriate.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in DevOps, DevSecOps or Platform Engineering.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and collaboration skills.
