DevOps Supervisor

About the role

Neurosoft is seeking a DevOps Supervisor to lead and expand its DevOps team. You will be responsible for shaping the technical roadmap, ensuring reliable CI/CD pipelines, and enabling engineering teams to deliver securely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day guidance, mentorship, workload allocation and performance management for the DevOps team.
• Define and prioritize the automation platform and CI/CD pipeline roadmap.
• Design and implement a standardized repository and pipeline architecture with strong version‑control, code‑review, branching and secrets‑management practices.
• Build, maintain and operate CI/CD pipelines that move code from change to production with testing, approvals, controlled deployment, logging and rollback capabilities.
• Develop and evolve the automation platform, including playbooks, integrations, connectors and credential management.
• Create self‑service tooling and protected workflows that allow teams to ship independently.
• Monitor pipeline reliability, drive automated alerting and act as escalation point for critical failures.
• Manage technology lifecycle, track versions, dependencies and compatibility, and run controlled update testing.
• Run delivery cadence activities such as sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives, reporting status and risks to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, automation, systems or infrastructure engineering.
• Proven track record building, implementing and operating CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
• Strong experience guiding teams and driving adoption of shared engineering practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
