Demand & Supply Planner

About the role

The Demand & Supply Planner is essential for achieving customer service level targets while optimizing inventory and supporting category growth. You will work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and external partners to deliver accurate forecasts and efficient order management.

Key responsibilities

• Design and generate weekly/monthly statistical forecasts using historical sales, market trends, seasonality, and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with distributors, plants, and carriers to manage orders, bookings, and on‑time deliveries.
• Continuously improve forecasting techniques, methodologies, and tools.
• Adjust forecasts and inventory targets based on demand changes and market trends.
• Maintain inventory targets, including safety stock levels, and propose SKU rationalisation initiatives.
• Support implementation of GPS processes for assigned categories.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand and supply planning or a related field.
• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or a related discipline.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Strong analytical abilities and computer literacy.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (extensive spreadsheet analysis).
• Proficient use of MS Office applications.
