Demand Planner

About the role

Fagron is seeking a Demand Planner to join its Trikala office. You will be responsible for creating accurate demand forecasts, supporting the ERP transformation to Microsoft Dynamics 365, and ensuring alignment across sales, operations, and finance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monthly demand forecasts using Slim4 or equivalent tools, incorporating market intelligence and sales insights.
• Monitor forecast accuracy (e.g., MAPE, bias) and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.
• Lead the demand‑planning aspect of the ERP migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring seamless integration with Slim4.
• Facilitate S&OP demand review meetings and collaborate with sales, operations, and external partners.
• Define inventory parameters, manage replenishment, and reduce back‑orders while avoiding overstock.
• Oversee a product portfolio of up to 2,000 SKUs, supporting new product introductions and phase‑outs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in demand or supply planning.
• Experience with planning tools such as Slim4 (or equivalent).
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
• Previous involvement in ERP implementation or transformation projects is highly valued.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
