Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Specialist to join our fast‑growing technology group. You will turn raw data into actionable insights and support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect structured and unstructured data from multiple sources and prepare it for analysis.
• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including data models, semantic layers, and reporting environments.
• Create interactive dashboards, reports and visualisations that enable business users to make informed decisions.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting outputs.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions, KPIs and performance metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support and optimise existing BI assets, ensuring performance, usability and alignment with evolving business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience with data visualisation and business intelligence platforms.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, the Microsoft Office suite and SharePoint.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with data‑warehousing concepts and dimensional modelling.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
