Danish-speaking Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

As a Danish‑speaking Sales Representative you will work remotely from Greece to generate new business for TTEC. You will use a consultative approach to guide customers through onboarding, migration and activation of their shipping solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and emails to support customers throughout the full onboarding and post‑migration phases.
• Engage customers to understand their shipping needs, provide tailored onboarding assistance and clarify invoices.
• Assess each customer’s shipping profile, address technical questions, identify upsell opportunities and route complex queries to the appropriate teams.
• Navigate to key decision‑makers within client organisations to facilitate account setup and address transition concerns.
• Guide customers through system transitions, building trust and ensuring successful account activation.

Required profile

• Strong interest in customer engagement with confidence initiating outbound conversations.
• Resilience in handling concerns during critical migration periods.
• Goal‑oriented mindset focused on achieving activation targets and supporting onboarding retention.
• Proficiency in Danish and conversational English.
• Previous sales or account‑management experience is preferred.
