Creative Account Manager – PR & Influencer Marketing

About the role

Whatever Works is seeking a Creative Account Manager who can bridge client objectives with creative execution across PR, influencer, and marketing projects. The role is hands‑on, combining account management, strategic thinking, and project coordination to deliver high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client communication, building trusted relationships and ensuring clear brief translation for internal teams.
• Own projects from concept through final delivery, coordinating creative, social, PR, production teams and external partners.
• Develop and present creative proposals, moodboards, and campaign decks for existing and prospective clients.
• Lead influencer campaigns, from creator selection and briefing to content production and performance reporting.
• Coordinate photoshoots, video productions, events and activations, overseeing pre‑production to final delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and identify growth opportunities for accounts.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a PR, creative, social media or influencer marketing agency.
• Proven client/account management experience with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem and ability to select creators aligned with brand objectives.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
• Strong project‑management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinker who can proactively generate ideas and turn briefs into compelling campaigns.
