Country Manager Greece

About the role

We are seeking a Country Manager for Greece to lead Sobi’s operations across Greece, Malta and Cyprus. Reporting to the VP, General Manager, you will be part of the Italy‑Greece‑Cyprus‑Malta leadership team and drive the company’s growth and scientific impact in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and guide Sobi’s strategy and operations in the Greece sub‑region, ensuring alignment with corporate values.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams across the territory, fostering effective internal communication and teamwork.
• Implement strategic and operational plans, including product launch, market access, reimbursement and pipeline opportunities.
• Manage financial performance – budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning and income‑statement oversight.
• Build strong relationships with government bodies, regulatory authorities, health technology assessment agencies, patient groups and key opinion leaders.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, codes of conduct and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the VP, General Manager and European leadership on business strategy and projects.

Required profile

• Accountable for the Greece, Malta and Cyprus territories.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and scientific impact.
• Experience in leading cross‑functional teams and managing large‑scale projects.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated expertise in market access and stakeholder negotiation.
