Cook A – Luxury Beach Club

About the role

Domes Resorts is hiring a Cook A for its new luxury glamping and members club “91 Athens Riviera” located on the Voula beachfront. The role is part of the culinary team and focuses on preparing high‑quality dishes while maintaining kitchen standards and food safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes following standardized recipes and adjusting portion sizes as needed.
• Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, tasting and adjusting seasonings.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef or Executive Chef to develop new dishes and seasonal menus, adapting to guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
• Mentor and train junior cooks, sharing cooking techniques and best practices.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum three years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably high‑volume or fine‑dining environments.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent command of English; additional language is a plus.
• Computer literacy with good knowledge of MS Office.
