Continuous Improvement Trainer

About the role

As a Continuous Improvement Trainer you will support Sani/Ikos Group’s mission to deliver exceptional guest experiences across its resort portfolio. You will analyse customer feedback, drive improvement projects and help develop training programmes that enhance service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse customer experience issues, prioritise them by impact and urgency, and design structured action plans.
• Coordinate with Sani and Ikos stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Gather, categorise and prioritise feedback on knowledge materials and collaborate on updates.
• Provide backup support for training delivery, including administrative preparation and session facilitation.
• Measure training effectiveness, identify strengths and development areas, and implement follow‑up support with supervisors and managers.
• Report directly to the Training Manager and act as a key enabler for continuous improvement within CRS operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in training, quality assurance, continuous improvement or customer service operations, preferably in hospitality or contact‑center environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across different teams and organisational levels.
• Organisational and project‑management capabilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
