Construction Site Manager

About the role

The Construction Site Manager at Olon is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Voúla, Greece. You will lead daily construction activities, ensuring that premium residential and hospitality projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site personnel.
• Monitor progress, enforce health, safety and environmental regulations, and conduct regular site inspections.
• Review plans and specifications, schedule work phases, and resolve on‑site issues to keep work aligned with design intent.
• Track costs, manage budgeting, and report project status to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with development, design and procurement teams to maintain Olon’s premium standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation and clear communication with all project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong site oversight capabilities with proven experience in construction site management.
• Proficiency in project planning, cost control and budgeting for large‑scale projects.
• Background in construction management, civil engineering or a related technical field.
• Knowledge of Greek building codes, safety regulations and quality standards, especially for high‑end residential or hospitality developments.
• Ability to lead diverse on‑site teams, manage contractors and communicate professionally with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; Greek language skills are an advantage.
