Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

The Construction Project Coordinator acts as the information engine for the Mykonos site, supporting the Delivery team by feeding data into the project management platform, consolidating weekly reports, and maintaining the administrative backbone of the delivery process.

Key responsibilities

• Enter progress data, documents, registers and records into the Ingenious.build platform.
• Consolidate and issue the weekly site report for the Delivery Director and PD office.
• Administer project registers, including risks, decisions, documents, correspondence and drawings.
• Record minutes and actions from weekly site meetings and design coordination outputs.
• Support permits and licences tracking together with the permits team.
• Maintain the correspondence log with the General Contractor and subcontractors.
• Organise the site progress‑photo library and daily records according to filing rules.
• Assist with health & safety documentation and site access records.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in site administration or project coordination on construction projects.
• Fluent Greek and good working English.
• Strong organisational and reliability traits, comfortable working on a live construction site.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Mykonos.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with construction management platforms (e.g., Ingenious.build) is a plus.
