Construction Manager

About the role

PEOPLE is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the execution of high‑end residential and commercial projects in Messinia and Attiki. The role combines on‑site construction management with broader project‑management duties, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all construction activities from groundbreaking to hand‑over.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and consultants, ensuring alignment with design intent and contractual obligations.
• Monitor progress against approved schedules, implement corrective actions and report status to multidisciplinary teams.
• Control budgets, track costs and support procurement processes.
• Enforce Health, Safety, Environment and quality standards on site.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers and designers to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction management of residential or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication skills in Greek and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
