Commis – Kitchen Assistant (KI27)

About the role

The Rooster resort on Antiparos is building its gastronomic identity and seeks a motivated Commis – Kitchen Assistant for the 2027 season. You will join a dynamic kitchen brigade that blends traditional techniques with modern equipment, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Follow recipes, label dishes, and manage inventory accurately.
• Collaborate with team members, communicating flexibly and kindly.
• Uphold the resort’s principles of accountability, professionalism, and hospitality.
• Coordinate kitchen tasks and solve problems within ethical guidelines.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a similar kitchen position.
• EU work permit or legal right to work in Greece.
• Basic English proficiency (or good English for non‑Greek applicants).

Required skills

• Operation of a wood‑fire oven.
• Operation of an Argentinian grill.
• Ability to work with recipes, labeling and inventory systems.
