Commercial Projects Coordinator

About the role

CORDIA S.A., a leading Facility Management company, is seeking a motivated Commercial Projects Coordinator to support the preparation and submission of tenders and commercial offers for public and private sector projects. The role offers hands‑on experience in the FM industry while working closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse Tender and RFP requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather technical and financial data for proposals.
• Assist in preparing tender documentation, technical proposals and supporting materials.
• Maintain and organise tender‑related files and records.
• Collect and consolidate cost information for commercial offers.
• Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.
• Update commercial databases and proposal templates.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Support handover from commercial team to Operations after project award.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives for tendering processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Business Administration, Economics, Finance.
• 2‑3 years of experience in tenders, commercial support, project coordination or related fields.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
