Commercial Procurement Specialist

About the role

Nova, a fast‑moving media and telecom group, is seeking a Commercial Procurement Specialist to join its Supply Chain team. You will own the full sourcing cycle for indirect goods and services, ensuring the company receives the best commercial terms while supporting internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Define business requirements with internal customers and draft RFQs/tender terms.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sourcing process, from market research to receipt of supplier proposals.
• Conduct commercial evaluations, lead negotiations and present recommendations.
• Prepare draft contracts, coordinate with Legal and suppliers, and ensure proper execution and archiving.
• Create, review and issue purchase orders that reflect negotiated terms.
• Identify new sourcing opportunities through market analysis and maintain supplier relationships.
• Resolve supplier issues such as delivery delays, non‑compliance, and payment discrepancies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum five years of procurement experience in indirect categories (e.g., marketing, digital services, PR/communications).
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and project‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive with a growth mindset and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Hands‑on experience using SAP.
• Familiarity with procurement management tools and digital sourcing platforms.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
