Civil Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to lead on‑site construction activities for our new resort projects. You will ensure that all works are executed according to drawings, specifications and the project schedule while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Control all site activities during the construction stage and verify compliance with drawings, specifications and project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and the construction manager, monitor progress, prepare daily site reports and resolve technical issues.
• Drive the daily work schedule, manage budget, quality of materials and workmanship, and enforce safety regulations and occupational risk prevention.
• Supervise and verify the quality of executed work, conduct site inspections and facilitate problem solving between MEP and civil contractors.
• Review construction drawings pre‑construction to identify errors, provide technical advice and organise on‑site workshops for unexpected works.
• Maintain detailed documentation and records for project archives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in site management and supervision on construction projects.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with MS Project (desirable).
• Strong command of AutoCAD.
• Fluent English.
