Cisco Account Manager

Are you a natural relationship builder who enjoys working with customers, developing business opportunities and turning ideas into successful partnerships? As a Cisco Account Manager you will work with interesting customers, build long‑term relationships and identify new opportunities within a dynamic IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the needs of customers in the assigned segment and manage business relationships accordingly.
• Maintain regular daily communication with partners via email, phone and personal meetings.
• Coordinate with the Cisco team for the given segment and design, implement and evaluate promotions.
• Organise sales promotion events and activities, manage contacts, mail groups and campaigns in the information system.
• Process offers and orders from customers and monitor competitor activities.

Required profile

• Secondary school or university education with experience as an IT Sales Representative.
• Ability to understand all phases of the business case and communicate with internal teams, suppliers and customers.
• Strong organisational skills for system creation and process definition.
• Capability to interpret contract conditions in IT and maintain business relationships.
• Independent and team‑oriented work style, high personal motivation and resilience under stress.
