Chef de Partie – Luxury 5★ Resort Kitchen

About the role

Domes Resorts is seeking a Chef de Partie (Cook A') to join the Makris Restaurant team at Domes Miramare Corfu for the 2026 season. This position plays a key part in delivering high‑quality, creative dishes in a luxury 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, ensuring quality, taste and presentation.
• Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, tasting and adjusting seasonings as needed.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to develop new dishes and seasonal menus.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and smooth service.
• Mentor and train junior cooks, sharing best practices and techniques.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization and food safety in the kitchen.

Required profile

• Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional, high‑volume or fine‑dining kitchen.
• Thorough knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Excellent command of English; additional language is a plus.
• Computer literacy with strong MS Office skills.
