Category Manager – Grocery Market

About the role

Wolt’s Market division is expanding its grocery offering across Greece. As a Category Manager you will own the performance of assigned product categories, shaping the assortment, pricing and promotional strategy to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the trading plan for your categories, including forecasting, pricing, promotions and stock management.
• Maintain optimal assortment at each Wolt Market store, collaborating with the Content and Supply Chain teams.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure joint goals, improve cost structure and ensure reliable supply.
• Monitor category performance through regular reporting, data analysis and KPI tracking.
• Work closely with operations, marketing and data teams to create tools and models that enhance category results.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution drive.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional relationships and influence suppliers.
• Independent manager comfortable taking full ownership of category results.
• Excellent analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
