Cargo Specialist – Nationwide Network & Operations

About the role

At Skroutz Last Mile we are expanding into cargo transportation and need a Cargo Specialist to help design and operate a nationwide cargo network, ensuring high‑quality service for partners and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop the nationwide cargo network.
• Monitor partner performance and ensure service quality.
• Coordinate daily operations with merchants, external partners, and the warehouse.
• Optimize routes based on operational requirements and traffic conditions.
• Ensure proper warehouse operations and correct handling of products.
• Monitor and analyze operational data and KPIs to identify deviations and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing processes and improving partner and customer experience.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, cargo, supply chain or operations.
• Strong analytical thinking and data‑driven decision making.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with focus on service quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with external partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and organize work effectively.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables for data analysis.
