Call Centre Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Call Centre Administrator to join our Agency Operations team in Athens. Reporting to the Agency Operations Manager, you will ensure smooth daily operations of the call centre, handling client interactions, managing data, and coordinating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries and appointments.
• Assign and route leads to the appropriate sales or valuation teams.
• Coordinate property viewings between clients and agents.
• Maintain CRM systems with up‑to‑date client data, property listings, and call logs.
• Monitor call queues and support service‑level delivery.
• Prepare operational reports on calls, leads, and performance metrics.
• Support documentation processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Valuations, and Asset Management teams.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Experience in call centre, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
