Business Intelligence Specialist (BI)

About the role

The Business Intelligence Specialist will design, develop and automate reporting and analytics solutions that support performance management across Operations, Workforce Management, Finance and Client teams in a B2B sales environment. The role transforms complex data into actionable insights and ensures data‑driven decision‑making throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and automate operational, performance and client reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, data models and visualisations using BI tools.
• Analyse sales, operational and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data‑driven solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reconciling multiple data sources and resolving discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, reporting processes and executive‑level dashboards (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs).
• Leverage Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Query, DAX and automation tools to improve efficiency and reporting accessibility.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives through process optimisation and reporting automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting or a similar analytical role.
• Previous experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst or BI Associate.
• Experience in a BPO, contact‑center, sales or operations environment is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
