Business Development Representative

About the role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Good Bite by Odyssea, you will accelerate commercial growth in Athens by driving B2B sales, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with corporate clients. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager, manage leads through the sales pipeline, and represent the brand at key events, supporting a social‑impact catering service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and proactively reach out to potential B2B clients through cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and strategic networking.
• Manage, qualify, and nurture leads through every stage of the sales pipeline to drive conversion and revenue growth.
• Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate pipeline tracking, reliable forecasting, and actionable reporting.
• Assist the Business Development Manager in executing go‑to‑market strategies and aligning operational tasks with growth objectives.
• Represent Good Bite at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to elevate brand visibility and build market relationships.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client‑facing role.
• Proven experience with cold calling and outbound email campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of the food, agri‑food or FMCG sector; catering or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a startup‑like environment with a social mission.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English.
