Business Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Business Development Representative to join our AI‑focused team. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and qualifying prospects, ultimately selling intelligent solutions to businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Create customer segments using Sales Navigator.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest through compelling events.
• Run digital marketing campaigns and manage inbound lead flow.
• Execute outbound cold‑calling and multi‑channel outreach (call, email, social).
• Conduct high‑level discovery conversations to nurture early‑stage opportunities.
• Drive attendance at marketing events and engage participants at field events.
• Coordinate with the sales team to close prospects.
• Manage social media and website content.
• Track, report, and analyze all sales activities and results.

Required profile

• Highly positive, energetic, and self‑sufficient.
• Excellent phone, listening, and writing skills.
• Strong LinkedIn presence with contacts in Greece.
• Curious, fast learner with a passion for technology.
• Good understanding of business processes and organizational structures.
• 2+ years of experience in the tech industry or sales development.
• Outbound prospecting experience is a plus.
