Business Development Manager – Thessaloniki

About the role

Fresha is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business in Thessaloniki. Reporting to the General Manager of Europe, you will focus 100% on acquiring new partners and expanding the company’s footprint in the beauty, wellness and self‑care market.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and OTE goals.
• Prospect and contact key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
• Deliver product demonstrations and present Fresha’s AI‑powered operating system to prospective partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analyses to align solutions with partner objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide market feedback and identify emerging trends in the beauty and wellness industry.
• Follow up on 100 % of qualified inbound leads.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology‑enabled services.
• Strong track record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Analytical mindset for partner needs assessment and market trend reporting.
