Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will prospect strategic new clients, drive net‑new logos and increase market share within the assigned region. You will build lasting relationships with key decision‑makers and act as a trusted advisor to help prospects make the best purchasing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute account strategies together with the Regional VP.
• Generate new leads, grow a pipeline of logo opportunities and establish partnerships.
• Build target account lists based on defined customer attributes.
• Manage qualified opportunities through the funnel from discovery to close, collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Track and analyse pipeline activity, engagement and conversion KPIs to ensure on‑target performance.
• Optimise tactics and channels to improve lead quality while maintaining a holistic view of the funnel.
• Maintain accurate CRM (Pipedrive) records, forecasts and pipeline hygiene.
• Conduct consultative meetings with senior executives to demonstrate product value.
• Stay informed on competitors’ offerings and market trends.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Finance, Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
