Business Development Manager – International Growth (Hybrid)

About the role

Programize is expanding rapidly and seeks a Business Development Manager to lead networking, presales, and sales activities on an international scale. This senior, hands‑on position focuses on creating new opportunities, opening new markets, and building a repeatable outbound sales engine.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research new markets, industries, and target accounts.
• Develop and execute outbound prospecting, outreach, qualification, and pipeline processes.
• Engage senior decision‑makers, lead presentations, and support proposal development.
• Open new geographies and customer segments, turning insights into sales strategies.
• Represent Programize at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of proven experience as a Sales or Business Development Manager in a software product/services company.
• Demonstrated success selling internationally and working across time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• Deep understanding of software development processes and industry trends.
• High ownership, self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for sales reporting.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both Greek and English.
