Business Development Manager – German Speaker (Athens)

About the role

Our client, a global provider of sales outsourcing services, is seeking a native German‑speaking Business Development Representative to join its Athens team and drive outbound sales in the energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to decision‑makers through cold‑calling and emails to drive opportunities to qualification and engagement.
• Present product information to customers after identifying their needs.
• Connect qualified leads to an account executive and arrange meetings.
• Update and maintain the CRM system to track progress with each potential customer.
• Perform regular follow‑up calls and emails with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native German and English C1 or above, both verbal and written.
• Prior B2B sales, cold‑calling and appointment booking experience with software or hardware products.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with an eye for detail.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Lusha, ZoomInfo or similar).
• Active LinkedIn profile or willingness to update and use it for client interactions.
• Openness to learn and develop within a multinational team in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer

• Location: Athens, Greece (Hybrid).
• Contract: Permanent, full‑time, Monday–Friday 10:00–18:00.
• Start date: 4 October 2026 (ideal: 5 Oct).
• Salary: Base €18,400–€20,800 | OTE up to €26,000.
