Business Account Manager – Enterprise Solutions

About the role

The Business Account Manager will drive Huawei's enterprise business growth in the Greek manufacturing and retail sectors. You will be responsible for generating leads, building new accounts, and expanding relationships with public‑sector customers.

Key responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly quota objectives and contribute to short‑ and long‑term revenue growth.
• Develop new accounts in the assigned territory and create detailed business plans.
• Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline through direct business development and partner collaboration.
• Manage the full sales cycle from pre‑sales to post‑sales, including customer record maintenance.
• Articulate and execute strategies to grow Huawei Enterprise solutions in the government/public sector.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with partners and integrators operating in Greece.

Required profile

• Proven account management or sales experience with retail or manufacturing customers in Greece.
• Strong knowledge of the Greek ICT ecosystem, including electric power, construction, and broadband industries.
• Experience delivering large ICT projects and understanding of industry‑standard technologies.
• Excellent presentation, selling, and technical communication skills in English and Greek.
• Demonstrated ability to work with partners or system integrators on strategic sales campaigns.
