Brand Activation Coordinator

About the role

The Brand Activation Coordinator supports Brand Activation Managers in executing omnichannel marketing plans for Pierre Fabre Avene in Greece. This junior position focuses on content adaptation, workflow coordination and ensuring timely delivery of assets across paid, organic, CRM and retail channels.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, adapt and manage brand content for offline and online channels, following BAM direction and brand guidelines.
• Prepare and upload digital assets (web, social, CRM, retailer platforms) ensuring consistency of messages, claims and visuals.
• Support agency briefings, track timelines, approvals and maintain documentation of assets and suppliers.
• Assist with purchase orders, invoice processing and basic budget tracking under supervision.
• Collect performance data, create simple dashboards and maintain campaign trackers.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, digital or content coordination (internship acceptable).
• English required; French is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Familiarity with CMS, CRM and social media management tools.
