Boutique Supervisor

About the role

Luura is looking for a Boutique Supervisor for its retail space in Paros. Retail is described as an extension of the guest experience, and the supervisor runs the day-to-day operation of the shop, looks after guests, drives sales and keeps inventory and presentation in perfect order. Product selection and buying belong to the owner and the central team.

Key responsibilities

• Sales and guest experience: deliver personalised service, sell through product knowledge and storytelling, hit daily, monthly and annual sales targets, process transactions accurately via the POS and handle after-sales matters professionally.
• Inventory management: own inventory levels and stock accuracy, receive, check and store incoming product, run regular stock counts, request replenishments within the approved assortment and flag slow-moving items with proposed actions.
• Shop presentation: maintain brand visual merchandising standards, keep the boutique clean and organised, ensure pricing, labelling and displays are correct, and refresh displays with seasonal direction.
• Daily operations: manage opening, closing and cash-handling procedures, keep accurate daily sales records and follow brand standards for service and presentation.
• Cross-department coordination: work with Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa and F&B to increase retail visibility, support seasonal activations, in-room placements and on-property promotions, and share stock updates and sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Retail, hospitality or luxury service experience, ideally in a boutique, spa retail or hotel setting.
• Strong sales instinct and comfort hitting targets.
• Hands-on approach to inventory, stock counts and POS operation.
• Warm, polished and confident with luxury guests, with attention to detail in presentation.
• Organised and reliable, able to run the shop independently.
• Fluent in English; Greek and other languages are an advantage.
