Blue Team Instructor

About the role

As a Blue Team Instructor specializing in cyber defence, you will deliver high‑quality training and education programs, preparing individuals and teams to defend against cyber threats and respond to security incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions on blue‑team techniques, incident response, digital forensics and malware analysis.
• Develop and update course materials, hands‑on labs and realistic simulations in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
• Provide in‑depth instruction on digital forensics, covering file systems, memory, network and mobile device analysis.
• Teach malware analysis, reverse engineering and behavioural analysis, guiding participants through mitigation strategies.
• Assess participants’ progress through examinations, practical assessments and projects, delivering constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise with extensive knowledge of operating systems, network protocols and security tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Prior experience delivering training or instructional design (preferred).
• Relevant industry certifications and a passion for teaching.
