About the role

The B2B Talent Acquisition Specialist ensures staffing needs are met by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for dynamic business requirements. This entry‑level position works closely with clients to assess hiring needs and conduct candidate interviews.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background checks, and references.
• Conduct initial screening, telephone, and face‑to‑face interviews.
• Recommend candidates to hiring managers and help negotiate competitive compensation packages.
• Source qualified candidates through internet, community organizations, colleges, trade associations, and networks.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS tools.
• Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and consistent applicant standards.
• Promote the company’s image to candidates and external partners while upholding ethical recruiting standards.

Required profile

• Less than two years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional demeanor and strong relationship‑building skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
