Assistant Waiter – Porto Carras Resort

About the role

SWOT Hospitality is looking for enthusiastic Assistant Waiters to join the team at the prestigious Porto Carras resort in Halkidiki for the 2026 season. In this role you will support the dining service team, ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous and high-quality service in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior waitstaff in taking orders, delivering meals and clearing tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper setting of dining areas according to resort standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Provide guests with accurate information about menu items and respond to special requests.
• Support inventory checks and restocking of service stations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar waiter or hospitality role.
• Fluent in both Greek and English.
• Positive, hospitality-oriented attitude with a passion for excellence.
• Professionalism, responsibility and reliability.
