Assistant Accountant – Fixed Term

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented junior professional to join our Finance department as an Assistant Accountant. In this fixed‑term position you will support daily bookkeeping, perform reconciliations and contribute to ad‑hoc projects while gaining exposure to our new SAP system.

Key responsibilities

• Record supplier invoices and verify approval.
• Process and record customer receipts.
• Perform ledger reconciliations as required.
• Process supplier expense reports.
• Maintain the fixed‑asset register.
• Participate actively in the transition and implementation of the new SAP system.
• Assist with other accounting tasks and ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Greek and English.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with the MY DATA platform (considered a plus).
